The vegetation is autochthonous (rosemary, lavender, thyme), visually less spectacular but of great sensitive strength, giving a restful view; the bombardment of images is set aside and the awakening of the rest of the senses is induced.

As the last pieces musically giving coherence to the space, an explicit and occasional development of music is catered for, in a small tempietto whose design volatilizes the heavy feelings caused by roofing, thus reducing the stridencies of high reverberation and, implicitly and in a generalized manner, various fountains are used whose play deepens the gradation of nuances by provoking sound in the course of the water along the platforms, basins and small Canals in a naturally dry area where water is viewed with a special perception.



The intervention must fulfill three basic requirements, as a direct consequence of its own urban implantation and its topographic singularity: to appear as the articulating element which will be capable of rearranging and giving significance to the urban fabric surrounding it; to become the identifying landmark of a context which is lacking in this type of sign; and lastly, to recover its condition of usable autonomous space, overcoming the possible character of mere transit space which could be understood from the necessary physical permeability it must offer its most immediate surroundings.

The surface space is just over eleven thousand square meter son which are the remains of an old small beams factory, highlighted by a chimney stack. The conceptual and articulating development of the complex, mediatised by powerful unevenness, allowed for the development of a trace whose configuration has almost been the result of a synthesis between an urban and geographic archaeological study which would resolve, by means of the spaces defining it, a series of platforms and flowerbeds adapted to this topography.
